On March 10th, at 10.00, EBA office, EBA is organizing the meeting of the Energy committee.
The goal of the meeting will be to discuss the proposals for the Draft Law on Renewables which is currently in the Parliament being prepared for the second reading.
We'll be happy to consider other legal proposals related to Energy sector.
The final objective is to organize a meeting with the Parliament commission for budget economy and finance over the coming weeks to present the EBA concerns in this regard.
Please find attached the draft law (last version in the Parliament) and the proposals that have been submitted to the Parliament in 2014 from EBA.
