Himalaya Restaurant and terrace
Our restaurant with an area of 220 m2 is located on the eighth floor, offering a beautiful view from a height of 25 m. The ninth floor has an additional open-type space of 324 m2, and a terrace of 200 m2, which allow organizing receptions, celebrations and parties in the open air.
The price for long-term rent of our restaurant is 15euro/m2, while you can rent the additional open space and the terrace at a price of only 5 euro/m2.
Parking
Business center "V-Continental" offers to its tenants an underground parking for 17 cars and an outdoor parking for 37 cars. Car parks are supervised 24x24.
