EBA participated in the “Moldova-EU Association Agreement–new opportunities and challenges” conference

On November 28, Expert-Grup think-thank, together with the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels, hosted the “Moldova-EU Association Agreement – new opportunities and challenges” conference. EBA participated as a speaker.

The conference focused on the major subjects on the reform agenda of the Republic of Moldova in the process of European integration, showcasing the political and economic component in the context of the Association Agreement and DCFTA. Mariana Rufa presented the problems that importers and exporters are dealing with, in the practical implementation of DCFTA.

The Association Agreement with the European Union needs to be communicated in a more accessible manner to the public. This is why the “EU-Moldova deepened relations: What? Why? How?” Manual and the short Guide on the same topic were launched at the conference. These materials represent a reference source for understanding the political, economic, and cooperation principles that the Association Agreement and DCFTA imply.
