As a result of EBA Moldova team effort to negotiate the implementation of the obligation to provide the purchaser's (e-invoice) electronic invoice (e-invoice) to the taxable delivery within the territory of the country on July 1, 2019, we hereby notify you that the Parliamentary Commission "Committee for economy, budget and finance" on 10th July endorsed the postponement by 1 July 2020 of the release of the electronic invoice in the course of the taxable delivery of public procurement.
