On 23rd of April, EBA Board met the EU Ambassador to discuss the impact of the Covid crisis on businesses and EBA Measures in this regard. HE EU Ambassador presented the EU support to combat the current crisis as well as the initiatives to support Moldovan economy.
HE Mr Peter Michalko reiterated the unprecedented support of 100 mln. Euro additionally to the amount of 87 mln. Euro already announced and committed for our country, support which will be directed also for better equipping of the medical sector but also to recover Moldovan businesses from Covid Crisis.
EU will strongly support and monitor the implementation of the Association Agreement and DCFTA as well as proper functioning of the Justice Sector and Rule of Law.
