EBA Moldova jointly with Chamber of Trade of Industry have organized the third round of seminars for the Moldovan producers and processors of agrofood products

In the period of September 8-14, 2014 EBA Moldova jointly with Chamber of Trade of Industry have organized the third round of seminars for the Moldovan producers and processors of agrofood products under the DCFTA Project funded by the Swedish Government through IFC.

The sessions involved high level experts from Netherlands, CBI, Mr Reinoud Nuijten and Mr Jos Leeters and the representative of the Metro Cash and Carry Head office, Germany.

The goal of the 3 sessions delivered in the 5 rayons of the RM was focused on the EU Market requirements, and rules and requirements of accessing the big supermarket chains. The participants could learn about the concrete quality requirements for the agro-I products, labeling and packaging standards when entering the big wholesalers and supermarket chains. Besides the exporters could learn about the market access rules, pricing and standard issues of the EU Community market.

The seminars were attended by more than 250 participants.
