On 23rd of June EBA Moldova participates at a meeting with Mr. Stefan Creanga, President of Parliamentary Commission “Committee for economy, budget and finance” and also accountants as well as financial directors from member companies of EBA Moldova. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the key issues that derives from the fiscal budgetary policy approved for 2015, and specifically:
- The tax for advertising devices and differences between advertising law and tax code and
- The issue concerning the allowance of depreciation deduction and expenses for maintenance, functioning and car repair used by people with leadership positions, just for one vehicle per economic agent.
During the meeting the economic agents have explained the consequences of these provisions in the fiscal policy, as well as the exaggerated costs related to these provisions. Also, were mentioned the consequences that may appear in 2016 in the context of fiscal inspections and the situation in which the accountants will be in the context of annual reporting.
Mr. Stefan Creanga expressed openness, also trying to identify certain solutions together with accountants and financial directors. As a result of the respective meeting will be presented certain alternatives of technical solutions from accountants in regards to eventual possibilities of solving the issues in the context of legislative initiatives.
