On 26th of September, took place the meeting of the Energy Committee of EBA. Representatives of member companies, of the Employers Association in the Energy sector discussed topics regarding the improving of the legal framework in the Energy sector as well as the approval of the new law concerning the promotion of usage of energy from renewable sources. The directors of companies analysed the methods how the funds oriented to the energetic sector are used and which would be the impact when the up-mentioned law will be approved.
The director of Solartech Company, chief of the EBA Energy Committee, Mr. Franck Le Borgne, mentioned about specific aspects concerning the import of specific goods from EU market that are used in the renewable sector. He also suggested to create a Global fund directed to supporting the investments in the renewable sector, special installations in the private sector based on renewable resources.
The director of the Biox Comert Company highlighted the necessity of modifying the Merchandise Nomenclature, in order to change the status for certain imported products in RM.
Members of the Energy Committee agreed to organise a more extended meeting, by inviting representatives from the public authorities, as well as representatives of private sector and associations from the same domain.
