On 26th of May, EBA participated at the meeting focused on the draft law concerning the granting of facilities for loans given by banks and non-banking lending organizations to certain categories of debtors.
The goal of the meeting was to examine the proposals forwarded by EBA Moldova, AmCham Moldova and Association of Banks of Moldova on the mentioned Draft Law, which shall be eventually included in a Common Opinion of these 3 associations and forward it to the relevant institutions.
EBA was represented by Mrs. Mariana Rufa, EBA Executive Director.
