On 11th of October 2017, EBA participated at the seminar “Reform of the Labor Legislation ", organized by the EU High Level Advisers’ Mission to the Republic of Moldova, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
The goal of the workshop was to discuss the current situation of the labour legislation in Moldova, considering recent reform of the Labour Code of Moldova and to learn from the experience of other EU countries, in particular Lithuania. It was a good opportunity to learn about the Lithuanian labour legislation considering the recent approval of the New Lithuanian Labour Code.
