EBA Moldova organized a practical workshop on the existing amendments to the legal framework on personal data protection. The workshop had 2 sessions: on 7th of May and on 14th of May.
The 1st session was focused on the amendments to the Law regarding the National Center for Personal Data Protection and the Law regarding the Personal Data Protection. The 2nd session was focused on the draft law on the video equipment regimes and the draft law on combiting cyber crime.
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Sergiu Bozianu, independent expert in the area of personal data protection.
