The analysis came to meet the high demand expressed by the Private Sector to address certain Tax and Customs Administration issues and is a part of Improving Businesses Climate and Promoting Good Governance Principles in Moldova, as enshrined in the EBA mission and objectives.
In this context, on July 27 the EBA met with Ministry of Economy, MIEPO and PWC to identify the Action Plan for the Tax and Customs Administration Issues Analysis development and its further communication.
Having this opportunity, EBA is encouraging all the local and foreign Businesses operating in or trading with Moldova to address the issues they have faced with, by describing very clearly the problem itself (e.g. a certain Tax/Customs Order, a certain provision of the Tax/ Customs Code, certain procedure, system etc).
