The EU- Moldova Investment Conference is organized by MIEPO (Moldova Investment and Export Promotion Organization), in cooperation with EBA and the EU, and highlights the business and investment opportunities offered by Moldova as a result of the signing and implementation of the EU-Moldova Association Agreement, including the DCFTA (Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area). The conference will be opened by H.E. Mr Iurie Leanca, Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, and H.E. Mr J.M. Barroso, President of the European Commission, and forms part of the overall BUSINESS WEEK AGENDA ORGANIZED IN THE RM OVER JUNE 5- 12 , 2014.
The conference offers a unique opportunity to companies and business organizations to meet EU and Moldovan high level officials open to respond to a wide variety of issues related to the investment climate and DCFTA implementation, as well as the European Integration Agenda to which the Government of Moldova has committed itself. Companies and business organizations are furthermore offered the opportunity to stage an exhibition with exhibition panels in the conference venue, profiling your company, sector or investment projects to be presented to all participants of the conference. A program of the conference has been enclosed, for your kind reference. Simultaneous translation into Romanian and Russian will be provided throughout the conference.
