On July 22nd, EBA Moldova jointly with other Business Associations, NGOs and representatives of the public authorities participated in a Public Hearing within the Parliament Commission for environment and climate change.
The goal of the meeting was to discuss necessary amendments of the article 17 of the Law no. 209. EBA has presented its arguments and economic reasoning within a Position Paper sent before to the Parliament and relevant public authorities for consideration.
