It was reiterated the need to ensure the business environment that would guarantee economic agents the recovery of expenses for the taxes paid that in parallel implement the Extended Producer Responsibility (either individually or collectively) starting from January 1, 2023 and until the entry into force of the amendments to the law, which at the moment missing.
