On November 11, EBA participated at the discussions on the amendments to Government Decision 938/2018, for the approval of the Regulation on the way of crossing the state border of goods subject to control by ANSA.
In this regard, EBA was part of the discussions on these changes, within the working group "Facilitation of Cross-Border Trade", led by Mariana Rufa, CEO of the EBA.
The business community and the representatives of the state institutions have mutually agreed on the changes to the document, in such a way that an effective risk mechanism is applied, in relation to bona fide economic agents, and those 3 types of controls processed by ANSA to have the selective approach.
