Extended Producer Responsibility - practical application by the business environment, the meeting held on the Working Group Nr. 2 related to the green transition and trade facilitation, within the Economic Council to the PM, chaired by Mariana Rufa, EBA CEO.
We appreciate the effort and collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment, the Environmental Agency, the State Fiscal Service, the Ministry of Finance and the Economic Council in addition to the PM in promoting these changes.
We reiterate that in order to promote these changes, the European Business Association, with the support of GIZ and SAIPH Consulting House, developed an analysis and concrete legislative proposals in order to promote the changes in question, participating in all the technical meetings held by the Ministry of the Environment, as well as the relevant Parliamentary committee .
