EBA actively involved in public consultations on local taxes
EBA Moldova participated in the public consultations organized by the Chisinau City Hall on January 11, 2024, related to the draft Decision of the Chisinau Municipal Council regarding the approval and implementation of local taxes for the year 2024.
During the meeting, the rates of local taxes provided for by the project were discussed, as well as the following topics:
Procedure for issuing Authorizations for the placement of advertising devices;
Clarification of the notion of "advertising device";
Elaboration of a Guide/Regulation for the establishment and calculation of local taxes;
