EBA in dialogue with EUBAM.
The EUBAM team (EU border assistance in Moldova and Ukraine) and the EBA team discussed the current challenges and solutions related to the implementation of the customs code and the actions related to the facilitation of international trade.
The EBA presented the list of actions taken in this sense by the association, the productive collaboration with the customs service, the efforts related to the training of the private sector in the application of secondary and tertiary legislation and the areas in which the EBA came up with proposals to improve the legislation.
