On 18th of June, took place the EBA Online General Assembly, at which took part most of its members.
At the event participated with opening remarks HE Mr. Peter Michalko, EU Ambassador and Honorary President of EBA and Mr. Laszlo Diosi, President of the EBA, Chairman of the Management Committee of Mobiasbanca OTP-Group.
As key points of the Agenda of the Assembly were to present and approve the 2019 EBA Annual Report and Audited 2019 Financial Statements.
Mrs. Mariana Rufa, EBA Executive Director, delivered a presentation focused on the 2019 Activity Review, also highlighting the key performance indicators of EBA operational activity and business environment issues approached in 2019.
