On 4th of February, EBA organized a technical meeting aimed at collecting proposals for the Draft Regulation on requirements on AML in the banking sector.
The meeting was organized following EBA active involvement in the process of amending the legal framework supporting the digitization process in the banking sector.
This was a preparatory meeting under the EBA Regulatory Committee chaired by Vladimir Palamarciuc, Turcan Cazac Law Firm.
The meeting involved GIZ Experts Roman Ivanov, Vernon David Law Firm and Andrian Gavrilita GIZ.
The meeting was coordinated by Mrs. Mariana Rufa, EBA Executive Director.
