EBA participated in the first meeting of Working Group no. 1 (technical supervision, constructions). The given working group was created by the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, in the light of the Government's Disposition regarding the reform of the state control system over entrepreneurial activity no. 108-d of July 25, 2023 (https://www.legis.md/cautare/getResults?doc_id=138183&lang=ro).
During the given meeting, the normative framework related to the field of constructions that needs to be modified, as well as the correlations of the control (sub)fields, between Law no. 131/2012 on state control over the activity of an entrepreneur and Law no. 151/ 2022 regarding the safe operation of industrial facilities and potentially dangerous technical installations and Law no. 162/2023 regarding market surveillance and product compliance.
