Gender Equality and Women's Economic Empowerment, a field supported by EBA Moldova and discussed within the Working Group for Women's Economic Empowerment and Gender Equality, which took place on February 13, 2024, in the Economic Council branch next to the Prime the minister of the Republic of Moldova
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
• Women's economic empowerment: The driving force of economic growth and equality in 2024 in the context of EU integration. Presentation of the "Elevator for women" concept;
• Concept of the National Council for Economic Empowerment and Gender Equality;
• The legislative agenda study project in alignment with EU directives;
• Entrepreneurial Marathon pilot project;
• The GLIA innovation HUB project. EBA contributes to building a more equitable and economically inclusive society.
