Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
Among the topics addressed in today's meeting:
- Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the draft law to amend Law no. 107/2016 on electricity. Author: Ministry of Energy;
- Examining the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology for calculating tariffs, the Nomenclature of services and the tariffs for the services provided by the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources;
- Examining the draft of the Government Decision regarding the approval of the draft law amending some normative acts (management of agricultural lands with the mode of use of pastures and hayfields and ensuring the exploitation of centralized irrigation systems transmitted in commodat).
