Among the subjects addressed during the meeting on 22.08.2023:
- Examining the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the draft law on the protection of commercial secrets;
- Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact of the draft law for the modification of some normative acts (facilitating the activity of the business environment no. 4);
- Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government Decision regarding the modification of some Government decisions (facilitating the activity of the business environment no. 5).
