On July 18, EBA participated at the Economic Council to the Prime Minister meeting focused on the issue of excluding the 5 salaries cap. The meeting involved representatives of the business community and Viorica Dumbraveanu, Deputy Minister of Labour.
The parts involved in the discussion achieved a common opinion on the issues and the relevant legal amendments, as well as the necessary simulations that are to be developed and submitted by the Ministry of Labour in this regard.
