On 22nd November, 2017, EBA ensured continuous support for the approval and further implementation of the draft Regulation on Dual Education during examinations in the Regulatory Impact Assessment working group, under the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure. Equally, EBA has addressed certain critical issues related to the draft Tariff Methodology on auxiliary services in the energy sector, in order to ensure transparency in regulation of the energy sector.
