On 19th October 2017, EBA participated at the meeting in the Economic Council to the Prime Minister, focused on discussing with representatives of business community and relevant public authorities a new initiative on reforming the sanctioning system in the area of business activity. In this regard, the Ministry of Justice presented the concept of the new draft law regulating the area of controls performed by law enforcement bodies on the business activity, amending the Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Contravention Code and Law on state controls of business activity.
