On 26th of September 2017, EBA participated at the first meeting of the subgroup nr. 2 on “Drafting the new Law on advertising”, created under the Working Group focused on improving the legal framework in the area of media in RM, set up at the initiative of Andrian Candu, President of the Parliament, in June 2017. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the concept of the new draft of the Law on advertising and to initiate consultations with all interested stakeholders.
