On July 25, EBA members from the banking and microfinancing sector had a meeting with the the State Tax Service, namely with Iuri Lichii, Deputy Chief of the State Tax Service. The main topics selected were the proposals submitted by the Ministry of Finance in the 2018 Tax Policy specifically related to obligations of the banking sector in case of opening bank accounts and deposit-related procedures.
EBA expresses its gratitude to Mr. Lichii and his team for the opportunity of an open technical discussion with the representatives of the private sector.
