On February 11, EBA Moldova organized the first meeting of 2020 of the Sectorial Committee on Human Resources, chaired by Mr. Eduard Gurin, Partner Vernon David.
During the meeting, the report on the activity of the committee in 2019 and the priorities for the current year were presented. At the same time, the need to re-open discussions on the draft of the new Labor Code was discussed. The Chairman of the Committee mentioned that the Committee's priorities are to provide a beneficial legislative framework for attracting investments in the Republic of Moldova and facilitating the economic activity of the business environment. The agenda of the Committee for 2020 includes the improvement of legislation and the organization of events/ seminars, arising from the needs and requests of EBA Moldova members.
