EBA organized the meeting of the Taxation Committee, during which the draft Order was discussed regarding the approval of the transfer pricing implementation rules.
The meeting was convened as a result of the meeting of Working Group no. 2 on "Transfer Prices", organized by the Ministry of Finance on September 22, 2023, during which the project mentioned above was presented.
Thus, during the Committee meeting, members discussed a series of sensitive topics related to the concept of Transfer Pricing, topics that will later be found in an EBA position document that will be presented to the Ministry of Finance.
