The President of EBA Moldova and of ICS Red Union Fenosa and Honorific Consul of Spain, Mrs Silvia Radu, was decorated with an important disctinction, with the "Orden de Isabel la Católica Encomienda" (The Cross of the Isabela Catolica Order)On 4th of November, The President of EBA Moldova and of ICS Red Union Fenosa and Honorific Consul of Spain, Mrs Silvia Radu, was decorated with an important disctinction, with the "Orden de Isabel la Católica Encomienda" (The Cross of the Isabela Catolica Order). The distinction was offered by the King of Spain, HE Mr. Filipe the VI, in Chisinau being handed by the Ambassador of Kingdom of Spain accredited in Romania and Republic of Moldova, HE Mr. Ramiro Fernandez Bachiller.
