Business environment

EBA shall be active in amending the legal framework, regulatory procedures and promoting good governance principles by setting up sector and industry committees/areas of interests in the following areas:

1. Tax & Customs
2. Green & Sustainable Economy 
3. Human Capital
4. Energy & Infrastructure
5. Financial & Capital Markets
6. Regulatory, Digital & Trade 

Legal amendments proposals shall be submitted and discussed with the Government and the relevant Parliament commissions.
