ONG Reciclare is an organization implementing the Extended Producer Responsibility obligations. The association takes responsibility for producers and importers who place packaged products on the market in the Republic Moldova and generate packaging waste, in order to fulfill the legal obligations of recycling and capitalizing them. The association was established in December 2013 and holds the Environmental Authorization for taking responsibility for packaging waste as a collective system. All the activities of the Association are related to the national recycling/recovery objectives, which can only be achieved through a collective effort and by offering professional services, with decent rates, attractive for any responsible economic agent. In the same spirit, we propose to pay special attention to the education of the population in the spirit of separate collection of waste , ensuring at the same time an improvement of the infrastructure and logistics necessary for this collection.
