Sergiu Bivol is one of the key lawyers in the Chisinau office, specializing in commercial and corporate law as well as real estate transactions, with a special focus on commercial agreements, M&A matters and high-end real estate projects. In addition, Sergiu has significant experience in litigation and arbitration matters.
