We appreciate the openness and constructive discussions on the energy agenda of the Republic of Moldova for the next period shared by Mr. Minister of Energy, Victor Parlicov.
The EBA listed some of the priorities:
- The adoption of a green fiscal policy in the context of the fiscal policy development exercise for 2023 and the transition to a green economy
- The proposed calendar for amending Law 107/2016 on electricity
- Ensuring a reasonable term for public consultations on Law 10/2016 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources, Law 107/2016 on electricity and the new Regulation on auctions of electricity from renewable sources.
