The practical workshop: AI in GDPR

Organized by the EBA Moldova (European Business Association)in partnership with Data Protection Law Firm.

The workshop focused on the application of legislation, taking into account the evolution of process digitization and the use of artificial intelligence in the processing of personal data. Its purpose was to share the status quo, how prepared the sector is to meet all the new legal requirements, and what the challenges and needs are for alignment with the provisions of the GDPR until the law comes into force on August 23, 2026.
