The 3rd EBA collective mentoring session: From idea to funding - step by step with Eva Pogor
The third mentoring session of the Impact Space programme brought to the fore a topic that is essential for any entrepreneur starting out: how to turn an idea into a funded project. We had the honour of having Eva Pogor, an expert in project writing and fundraising, with us, who guided us with concrete examples, practical advice and a clear approach to the steps needed to obtain funding.
Participants explored:
- How to identify the right sources of funding;
- What a successful proposal should contain;
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them;
- How to adapt the project to the funder's requirements.
The beneficiaries of these trainings are the beneficiaries of the programme: enterprises and NGOs engaged in social entrepreneurship.
This activity is carried out by the European Business Association Moldova with the financial support of Sweden (Embassy of Sweden in Chisinau) and in partnership with the East Europe Foundation - Moldova, EcoVisio, and the Alliance of Organisations for People with Disabilities in the Republic of Moldova, within the framework of the ‘Impact Space’ project.
