Public consultations on the draft law on optimizing procedures for issuing permits, organized by the Committee on Economy, Budget, and Finance.
This is a necessary process in the context of the RM-EU Reform Agenda, and optimizing processes remains a priority for the business environment. The proposed optimization of procedures for issuing permits by amending the 23 laws at this stage is necessary, but we must not limit ourselves to these alone. By 2026, another 20 permits are to be canceled, and prioritization according to importance and impact remains imperative.
