On December 15, EBA participated at the public consultations organized by the National Security, Defense and Public Order Commission on the set of SIS draft laws:
- no. 420 of 17.11.2022 regarding the Information Service and Security of the Republic of Moldova;
- no. 421 of 17.11.2022 for the amendment of Law no. 170/2007 on the status of the information and security officer;
- no. 422 of 17.11.2022 regarding counterinformative activity and external informative activity.
EBA was represented by:

- Sergiu Bozianu - GDPR expert.
