DEEREGULATION OF THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT - exercise supported by EBA Moldova with the support of the OPTIM Project, implemented by HELVETAS SWISS INTERCOOPERATION MOLDOVA and financed by the Government of Switzerland.
Thus EBA, together with top experts will finalize the mapping exercise and will participate in the elaboration of legislative packages in several disticte areas such as:
- Food safety
- Tax procedures
- Industrial relations
The aim of this exercise is to optimize procedures by saving business resources in their relationship with public authorities.
The exercise will take into account the process of legislative harmonization in the light of the integration of the Republic of Moldova to the EU.
