Business supports Moldova's EU integration
GLODENI - Dialogue with business on economic reforms in the light of the Moldova-EU Integration Agenda.
Today we are in Glodeni together with Mrs Doina Nistor, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization, Viorel Garaz, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and Vadim Codreanu, Director of the Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA).
Agenda of reforms with impact for business in the light of Moldova's EU integration - is a series of events organized by EBA Moldova in partnership with @Asociatia pentru Formare Antreprenprenprenprenorială si Dezvoltare, with the financial support of 3 F International (Confederation of Danish Labour)
Mrs Albu, President of the Glodeni District Council welcomed the audience, mentioning the importance of dialogue between business and authorities. The event was launched by Carolina Bugaian, General Director Moldcell and President of the European Business Association Moldova, and Svetlana Melnic , Executive Director of the Association for Entrepreneurial Training and Development who reiterated the continuous support and the imperative of communicating with business about all the legislative news and good practices taken by the RM in the legislative harmonization exercise and in the process of accessing the common market by the companies from the RM.
Mrs. Doina Nistor reiterated MDED's support and listed the most important business reforms implemented by the current government, mentioning the initiatives related to the optimization of procedures, reform of individual entrepreneurs, some of the benefits launched for young entrepreneurs, etc.
Mr. Viorel Garaz, MDED State Secretary, provided more details on state aid, application process, benefits, eligibility criteria and the major impact in developing and motivating the production and value-added capacity in the RM, so as to increase exports.
Mr. Vadim Codreanu presented the ODA programs in preparation and ongoing at the moment, providing more details about the types of sectors and industries that can apply as well as the benefits of these programs.
EBA Moldova will continue this Dialogue with Business and Public Authorities, which is one of the key objectives of the Association.
We reiterate that EBA actively engages with concrete actions in the Moldova - EU Integration Agenda, involving the best local and international expertise to ensure quality support and involvement in the process of policy development, legislative transposition, as well as practical support in the implementation of the legal framework by sharing best practices in the business community and supporting public authorities in this process.
