The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova in dialogue with the representatives of the commercial networks, referring to the secondary framework related to the internal trade law.
EBA was represented by Eugen Cozmulici, Regulatory Policy Manager.
The subjects discussed during the meeting refer to the following:
1. Revision of the List of socially important products, to which the commercial addition ban applies;
2. The issue of Product Listing, as well as other aspects of Law 231 regarding internal trade.
