Discussions on the 2018 Fiscal & Customs Policy

On June 20, EBA participated at a meeting at the Ministry of Finance, where the proposals for the 2018 Fiscal and Customs Policy were discussed.

Within this meeting, EBA presented the proposals of its members in such areas as tracking of fixed assets, outage and the associated costs, banking-related issues, and tax facilities for certain products and industries in order to stimulate growth, etc. As a result, one of the main concerns was records of fixed assets, for which the Ministry of Finance expressed support and opennes to discuss further details. A technical meeting on the subject is to to be organised in the upcoming period.
