The European Business Association (EBA Moldova) supports and appreciates the efforts made to regulate the field of waste and to promote the circular economy.
We continue to engage with the Environment, Climate and Green Transition Commission and the responsible public authorities to ensure balanced regulation that supports both environmental protection and economic development.
The EBA has identified a series of issues that require additional clarifications for the business environment regarding legislative aspects as well as aspects of practical applicability:
