The European Business Association (EBA Moldova) supports the efforts made to regulate the field of waste and to promote the circular economy, but also the need to implement and make the most of the Extended Producer Responsibility system.
We continue the dialogue with the responsible institutions in order to ensure a balanced regulation focusing on both environmental protection and economic development.
The EBA reiterated a series of issues that require additional clarifications for the business environment regarding legislative provisions as well as aspects of practical applicability:
