On 26th of October, EBA had a technical meeting with the Minister of Environment, Mrs. Iuliana Cantaragiu.
The meeting was organized at the EBA request, in the context of promoting the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (REP), as well as other proposals for legislative amendments.
A list of related waste management issues have been discussed over the meeting, including the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility principle.
Mrs. Iuliana Cantaragiu informed the EBA Business community about setting up of a Working Group, on REP implementation.
