On November 21, 23, 27, EBA organized the seminar "Budget planning & cashflow management" for Small and Medium Enterprises in the region, beneficiaries of the Business Hubs with which EBA collaborates.
The speaker of the seminar was Sergiu Sahanovschi, Managing partner, Business Inteligent Services.
The seminars took place in the Business Hubs with which EBA collaborates, in the towns of Balti, Orhei, Comrat (Gagauzia), Tiraspol (Transnistria).
The content of the training focused on aspects such as:
- The role of Financial Management in an organization;
- Financial Management mechanisms and objectives;
- Cash Flow Monitoring;
- Etc.
This activity was carried out by the European Business Association with the financial support of the European Union and co-financed by Sweden through the East European Foundation within the project "Civil society contributes to the inclusive and sustainable economic development of the country".
