EBA represented by Eugen Cozmulici, Policy & Advocacy Manager, participated at the first meeting of the Working Group for the regulation of relations between associations/founders of commercial companies approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy.
Following the meeting, it was agreed on the presentation of proposals, from the associations/business environment, to improve the legal framework related to Joint Stock Companies and Limited Liability Companies.
